Production Operator- Teslin - Barberton- Norton, OH

Starting Pay Rate: $23.25

Rotating Shift: 1st Shift 7am -3pm, 2nd shift 3pm -11pm, 3rd shift 11pm – 7am, switches every week from 1st shift to 3rd shift to 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
  • Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers.
  • You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
